I found Bikram Yoga (or it found me) back in 2007. The discipline of the practice has been integral in my own transformation. The simple yet powerful art of quieting the mind and being intentional. On a physical level the practice offered noticeable healing benefits for a knee injury endured. And most of all, no matter what was happening in my busy life I always felt a hundred times better after being in the hot room. To this day, it feels like a warm hug when you need one! 🙂

Along with our regular teaching staff, we often have visiting guest teachers who teach at our studios. We offer mentoring to teachers and studio owners who come to study with us from around the world.
