I started practicing yoga 14 years ago to add to my fitness routine. I not only received fitness benefits but more importantly amazing health benefits, and I was hooked! I have been teaching yoga for 8 years and truly LOVE everything about it. My favorite thing is greeting students before class, leading and sharing class with them and then seeing their stress relieved, joyful faces after class.

Along with our regular teaching staff, we often have visiting guest teachers who teach at our studios. We offer mentoring to teachers and studio owners who come to study with us from around the world.
