Safety & Reopening Procedures
We are excited for your return and for you to experience all the positive changes we have made!
We require everyone to pre-register before coming to class,as in-studio classes are limited to 35 students. Please come prepared and only bring what you need.
Showers, locker facilities, and restrooms remain open. Mats and towels are available for purchase for a small fee at the school, as we will not be offering rentals. Please sign our NEW Liability and Release Waiver at the studio upon arrival. This will be required from all of our students before taking class. You may also print and bring it with you to your first class back.
New Protocol & Requirements
Safety for everyone. Please use common sense and stay home if you are showing any symptoms of COVID-19 or have recently been in contact with someone who has been exposed. We only allow students to take a physical class at our studio as long as studio capacity has not been reached.
Follow CDC Guidelines
Please follow studio signs and maintain at least 6 feet from other students and staff members. Wash hands often and please always cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing.
Reserve Your Class Online
Sign up for classes by reserving your spot online due to class size limits. Front door will be locked after class starts and no latecomers will be allowed inside.
New Protocols & Practices
Restrooms, showers, and locker facilities are now open and masks optional. Please bring your own mat and towels as we currently do not provide rentals. Purchases can be made at the front desk by placing a credit card on file.
Before Class
Bring only what you need such as a yoga mat, water, and towel. Shoes must be taken off before entering the yoga room. Please leave your phones on silent mode and in the cubbies towards the back of the room for an uninterrupted class.
During Class
Please set up your mats on the tape markers within the room keeping 6 feet from others. Please come out of a posture to cover your face if you cough or sneeze and use the bathroom in the hot room during class.
After Class
Please pick up your belongings and take everything with you as you exit. Maintain social distancing and remain mindful of anyone still in Savasana.

Preparing for Live Streaming Classes
Keep these tips in mind so you get the most benefit despite the significant differences of practicing in a heated room:
- If possible, practice in front of a mirror. It will help with your alignment and focus just like it does in the hot room.
- You can use a heater if it’s available.
- Wear a long-sleeved shirt and leggings, as these will help you generate more body heat.
- Before class begins, do a one-minute plank to fire up all of the muscles in your body and build even more heat to warm you up for class!
- Without the heat, you will not be able to access the depth of each pose that you’re used to. That’s OK! This is a great opportunity to pay more attention to your alignment, your breath and your stillness.
