Inferno Hot Pilates has made my hip muscles become so much stronger that I no longer have pain and a much stronger yoga practice. This has been crucial to my chronic hip and back injury. All the planks and push ups have strengthened my core and increased my upper body strength. And even though I’m vegan, everyone seems to notice how much muscle I now have on my small frame. Needless to say, this has raised my mojo metric all the way around. And finally, IHP has just increased the fun factor at the studio. Our teachers are energetic, inviting and inspiring. And no matter how grumpy or tired I may be when I arrive, I catch myself laughing, pushing myself harder and surprising myself by feeling great after every class.
